my reflection about valuation

As a teachers I think evaluate to the students can be something completely difficult and tired, but at the same time this is the part where we can see how much they worked in their homeworks, projects, how much they participe in the class etc. But in my opinion we life in a time where we have technology and this good tool can help us to evaluate the students, technology can work as a facilitator for us, as future English teachers. Evalute to the students is a hard work but not imposible, we have to looking for different tools and differents ways to do it, in order to complete this step we have to do in the future.

My reflection of this week.

During this week I have learned about the different tools according with technology, It is something neccesary for our future because we are going to be teachers and we have to know use them in a good way and also in different classes in order to change the style of teaching. In this week the teacher asked us to do a Podcast in order to practice how to create a new one, I did not do it because i was affraid i could not how to do it and finally I did not my Podcast. I think this activity was important and necessary because if we dont practice the tools we have we wont learn how to create a class with them. Finally, the other activity we have to practice is Interactive tools I feel affraid also because my problem with technology is that I do not how to start to do it. I hope and I believe I can do it, I will try to do the best because this is really something important for us as future English Teachers.

my reflection

During this week I have learnt different ways with different tool about how to use them in a English class, It hasn't been as easy as I think but with practice I know I can do it in order to motive to the students in the future. Now I know the importance to use technology in a class, in these days everything has changed and we have to think different ways to learn, as a future English teachers we can't teach like in the past. These new tools are good for me, now I know how to use a blog, now I know how to publish a presentation using Slidshare the only that I am afraid is the use of podcast, I haven't done before and I don't know how to do it, I know I have to make mistakes but I am still afraid abou it. I will practice these new techniques, and I will try to use them often I hope to learn more about the tools of technology because it is useful in a class.

Rubrics...

The rubrics are a godd strategie where the teacher can evaluate to the students using different steps that the students have to follow. This is not difficult because the students can see what the rubric is about and with this they can know what they have to do in order to get the high score in the subject. I like this technique to evaluate, because it says exactly what you have to do, it is not something we can't do because the only that students have to do is follow the rubric has. Using a rubric can be a facilitator and as future teachers, this is an easy way to evaluate to the students as I said. As teacher the only we have to do is read more about rubrics and practice with it, we dont have to be worried about using this tool because this is a good way to evaluate.
